The Cold Spring Silver Springers completed a doubleheader sweep of the Becker Buzzards in league play on Saturday afternoon at Springer Park, winning the second game 36-1. The Silvers pounded out 34 hits in the game and Andy Auger picked up the complete game win on the mound. He went four innings, allowing one run on four hits, one walk, and struck out three.

In the bottom of the second inning, Cold Spring added four more runs to widen their lead to 27-0. Cold Spring tacked on two more runs in the bottom of the third inning to increase their lead even more. Becker scored their lone run in the top of the fourth inning, but the Silvers responded with seven more runs in the bottom of the frame.
